I have been gradually visiting all the partner museums in the BT Connected Earth programme taking photographs. During the summer of 2007 I visited Porthcurno Telegraph Museum and the Goonhilly Earth Station (both below). Avencroft followed during a THG swap-meet in March 2008. This leaves just the new gallery at Museum of Science and Industry, Manchester still to appear. The Science Museum in London is a Connected Earth Partner, but doesn't have a specific Connected Earth Display. However, it does have a lot of telecomms items in its collection. Later I'll produce a collection of photos of some of the ones that have been on display over the years I have been visiting.
