Sheila is Sam's wife of 30 years and mother to the two guys on the other pages. She works part-time as a Schools' nurse in the North Herts area and also as relief TB nurse.
In 2004, she also agreed to be nominated and elected to the Church Deacons, having only just relinquished her post as secretary to the catering committe, which she had held for more years than she cares to think. In 2006 she and Sam agreed to become the Church's Health & Safety Officers.
What other free time Sheila has is spent on various handicrafts such as cross-stitch and tapestry. Most of the rest of her time is spent in keeping Sam fed and clean behind the ears.
Sheila says she hasn't got time to write anything at the moment. Sam has written the above on her behalf.
